We try to keep pricing up to date on our web locations and social media, but please check at the salon for the most current pricing since it does occasionally change. An older paper brochure or printed material is more likely to be outdated.

Gift Cards

Gift cards  are valid from the date of purchase to the exact date of the following year.
All specialty gift cards (like holiday cards) are good 6 months from date of purchase.
Monthly specials or other discounts cannot be applied when paying with gift cards. Full, regular price of services will be charged.
Gift Cards can only be used for services. They can not be redeemed for cash, used for tipping, or for purchasing products.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
Gift cards cannot be renewed or purchased with other gift cards.

Nail Repairs

Nail repair or wax fix appointments will be granted free of charge up to five calendar days after the service was rendered. Any repairs after that day will be charged full service. Client must call or stop in within the seven days to make repair appointment.

Hair Dissatisfaction Policy

If you are truly dissatisfied with your haircut/color appointments you will be granted a product charge only to modify up to seven calendar days after a hair service is rendered. Any modifications after that time frame will be charged full service amount. Client must call within the seven days to make requested appointment.


We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, flight delays, car problems, snowstorms, and illness are just a few of the reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. In our desire to be effective and fair to all our clients, and out of consideration for our stylists and massage therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:

  • A 24-hour notice is required when canceling an individual/group appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to avail themselves of our services.
  • If you are unable to give us the minimum 24-hour’s notice, and we are unable to fill your time slot, you will be charged 50% of the amount of what would have been your treatment/service fee.
  • At the time of scheduling your appointment you will be asked to leave a card on file- for your protection it will be safely filed (not online) and stored and only charged if there is not a notice given if you miss your appointment (and it cannot get filled).

No Show Policy

  • Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. It will be noted in the system of the absences. Future service will be denied with more than two “no-shows”. After the first offense, we will hold your card number safely on file for future appointments. If you cannot make your future appointments and DO NOT cancel within 24 hours’ notice, and we are unable to fill in your time slot you will be charged 50% of the amount of what would have been your treatment/service fee.

Out of respect and consideration to your therapist/stylist and other customers: Please plan accordingly to be on time.
